My wife and I have been secretly buying and selling "tax liens" for
years, and have quietly made a fat fortune! - And hardly anyone knew
what we were doing (Ha!)

This little "secret" was a blast, and we felt like we were the only
ones in on the joke!

In case you don't know exactly what a "tax lien" is, it's this:

Sometimes a home owner loses their home because they failed to pay
the Government taxes owned on that property - and the local county
government puts a lien on the home (called a "tax lien") and usually
gives them a period of time in which to make good.

This "grace period" however comes with some conditions:
1. Since the taxes are needed right away, someone has to come out of
pocket. In this case, someone such as "you" gets the opportunity to
pay the outstanding taxes (often just a few $100's to seldom more
than a few $1,000!)
2. But why would "you" (a total stranger) pay someone else's taxes?
Simple: The county government has set up a "rewards program" that
gives you a "profit motive" to do so!
3. This Program usually has 2 ways for "you" to win!

(a) The first works like this: You pay the taxes for the homeowner now,
and they pay you back within such-n-such time with some extra
"interest" on top of what you paid (this way "you" sort of become their
bank, and get paid back what you paid plus interest!)
(b) The second way you get rewarded is in the event the homeowner fails
altogether to ever pay you back, and "you" suddenly find yourself
owning the home free-and-clear (for that same small amount you paid in
taxes owed!)

But don't think any of this is hard.

In fact, it's as simple as just contacting the county office quite
often, and then choosing from a list of "delinquent tax properties" and
saying "Yeah, I'll take this one" or "I'll take these!"

Then you simply pay the small amounts to cover their taxes (again,
often starting BELOW $100 to seldom more than $3,000 per property!)

And again, if the home owner fails to pay you back that $100 to $3,000
(plus interest as require by state or county law) you get the property
as your very own to keep and do with what you please!

And why is this great? ...

Two main reasons:
1. You get a nice home for just a few $100's to seldom above a couple
of $1,000's.
2. You can turn around and resell the home for a HUGE discount and
still make an even BIGGER profit!

For example, you could easily get a home like this one below we got for
just $255 (NOTE: the home itself is worth as determined by an appraiser
above $145,000!)

We then turned around and sold this same house to a bank for $95,000 -
which means subtracting our $255 tax lien purchase cost, we made a fat
$94,745.

The entire process included just these few things:
* We shopped at the County Tax Assessor's Office from our home using
the Web! (No crap! We simply "pointed-n-clicked" and grabbed this
little property! - Ha!) It took maybe less than 10 minutes to pick
this one out!
* We then even paid for the tax lien only using the "Bid Option" made
available to us! (Similar to how eBay works!)
* We waited just a short while (actually less than 6 months!) and
then we were notified by the county that the property was ours!
* We contacted a bank and asked them if they wanted a $145,000 house
in good condition but for just $95,000. They IMMEDIATELY jumped at
the opportunity!
* Within just a few short weeks we sealed the deal! - And walked off
with a fat same-as-cash bank draft for $94,745!

We then bought pizza and celebrated at home with our two lovely
daughters! (No kidding!)

And of course, we can't even begin to tell you how much fun this was!

But that's not the end of our story by far ...

We have since gone on to buy (and of course resell!) many, many $10
million's in properties!

And best of all, we've developed what we call a "Blitz-Buy-Up System"
which can allow even you to be able to do EXACTLY as we do daily by
"pointing-n-clicking" and then "dumping our inventory" super-quick
so that we can literally move over $1 million in properties each and
every week without fail!

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
